2 days of robot instruction BASIC level
We are pleased to offer you and your employees, a customized robot instruction which will be based on your individual requirements. These robot instruction will be for your employees only.
Primary content of course offer:
a) Health and safety briefing
b) Handling of the robots
c) Different kinds of movement
d) Controlling inputs and outputs
e) Handling counters, variables etc.
f) Writing your own first programs
The understanding of these robot instructions will take place in our own instruction center. All documents will be handed to the course participants at the beginning of the instructions. There are 3 spaces available on this course for your employees. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
At the end of the course the participants will get a certificate of attendance.
3 days of robot instruction EXPERT level (Qualification: completion of BASIC instruction level training is needed before attending this course)
We are pleased to offer you an expert level of training for your customized robot instructions.
Primary content of course offer:
a) Object measurements
b) Structured programming
c) Handling with programming / navigation
d) Extended definition and implementation of program variables
e) Programming of routines and functions
f) Implementation of interrupt commands
g) Implementation of data lists
h) Knowledge of data manipulation
i) Detailed implementation of the program sequence controlling
The understanding of these robot instruction will take place in our own instructions center. All documents will be handed to the course participants at the beginning of the instructions. There are 3 spaces available on this course for your employees. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
At the end of the course the participants will get a certificate of attendance.
3 days of robot instruction for maintenance and repair (electrics)
If the maintenance of the robot system needs to be done in-house then an optional training program would be recommended.
Primary content of course offer:
a) Fundamental handling of the robots
b) Controlling the robot from the panel
c) Realisation of adjustment work
d) Functionality of components from the robot control
e) Electrotechnical trouble shooting of the controlling system
f) Removal and installation of controlling components
g) Presentation of software components
h) Fault repair
The understanding of these robot instruction will take place in our own instructions center. All documents will be handed to the course participants at the beginning of the instructions. There are 3 spaces available on this course for your employees. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
At the end of the course the participants will get a certificate of attendance.
3 days of robot instruction for maintenance and repair (electrics).

If the maintenance of the robot system needs to be done in-house then an optional training program would be recommended.
Primary content of course offer:
a) Fundamental handling of the robots
b) Handling of robot control for trouble shooting
c) Controlling the robot from the panel
d) Understanding of the adjustments
e) Composition and function of mechanical components
f) Maintenance of components like engine, gearing mechanism, drive belts
The understanding of these robot instruction will take place in our own instructions center. All documents will be handed to the course participants at the beginning of the instructions.
